The Kegel8 Lead Wire connects any pigtail internal probe or TENS skin pad to your Kegel8 e-stim device (Kegel8 Ultra 20, Ultra 20 v2, Kegel8 V For Men, Kegel8 Tight & Tone or Neurotrac Device), allowing you to use a variety of high-quality probes and electrodes. It is compatible with both women's and men's devices. It also means you can use TENS skin pads for neuromodulation (calming of the nerves) in the case of sensitive bladder.

Delivery Duties

Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them. We put no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, however, if customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized. Unfortunately in this case the cost of your order cannot be refunded.

Please note: Due to customs regulations, batteries cannot be included with international orders of our toners. However, a 9V battery is easy to find at any supermarket or online retailer.

Returns

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Whether it’s the wrong size, or you just want to return it, we will be happy to offer an alternative or a refund. We give 30 days (from date of receipt) to return an item.

If the item is faulty/damaged, you’ll receive a FULL refund. However, if the item is no longer suitable or you have changed your mind, a small postage charge of £3.95 will be deducted. Please ensure unwanted items are unopened, unused, and everything is in a re-saleable condition; if the probe has been used, the price of the probe will be deducted from your order.
