I was given instructions how to check my kegel to identify the problem. I had a replacement sent very quickly in time for my holiday.

I needed a replacement wire as the plugs on previous wires had worn so quickly. There was a speedy response to my order, which was great, but I would raise the issue of postage costs, which measurably increased the cost and made the transaction so much more costly

Rang helpline as my Kegel8 didn't seem o be working properly, after a chat with Amy she advised I needed a new a new lead wire . It came 3 days after Perfect.

Perfect my Kegel wasn't keeping m.a's so I rang head office and explained this,they sd as I'd had this unit for over 6 months I would need a new lead wire.a..Arrived the next day now back to normal
